I did find time to do a card for Laura's Sketch! I hope to have my forth of July cards finished when I do next weeks sketches. Thanks ladies for two wonderful sketches. WTG!

Wet day in Iowa!

Good afternoon! We had severe thunderstorms last night and this am but just cloudy now. I did try to hang some laundry on the line but had to run back out and take it down when it started raining again. :( Guess the dryer is the safe bet for today.

I should be getting ready for family reunion this Saturday but I was blog hopping and came across a card sketch on Carla's blog and just couldn't resist! ;) She has the greatest sketches and also great candy is involved with this one. Go to her blog and check it out!

Beate's WSC48

It is a lovely spring day in Iowa. Temp in the upper 60s and a gentle breeze. Couldn't ask for a more beautiful day!
I worked in the yard most of day. Planted a lilac bush and a climbing rose. Also planted a couple tomato and a couple pepper plants.
When I came in I decided to do a little crafting.
Made this Independence Day card for WSC48. Beate has a week end challenge each week. Go and try it out. She has great scketches.
